First of all, let me just say...

nursing after exercising = warm salted milk

Seriously, I can only imagine how that must taste. Cooper seems to enjoy it just as much, but I'm sure it's a bit more salty than normal.

So about nursing... I absolutely love it. There's this amazing bond that happens; Cooper stares up at me, and I stare down at her. It's such an awesome experience. I know there are lots of mommies and babies that don't nurse, whether by choice or by circumstance. But I am so grateful that I have been able to breastfeed all of my babies. Now that I am doing it again, I am just reminded at how wonderful it is to share that with my baby.
