We were lucky enough to have Nana take us to the zoo on Friday and Mason loved it! He especially loved the mobile animals that gave him something to watch. The monkeys were one of those that kept moving for Mason and he couldn't take his eyes off of them. Other big, slow moving animals, like the elephant, Mason didn't have the attention span to care about. It was pretty funny. Here are some pictures of Mason enjoying the zoo!
But by the end of those 4 hours with no nap, the boy who never sleeps in the car, fell asleep for about ten minutes! (And as a side note, that was the only nap he would take that day. I tried to lay him down when we got home, but after an hour and a half of NOT sleeping in his crib, I got him out.)
